I'm a 28yr old female, i've never really had the best skin (on my face in particular). Over the last month i have had major breakouts on my face (more than per normal and different), on my chest and all over my back but mainly around my spine, i've never had them on my back or chest before.
They are red large dots and are under the skin, very sore and take days before rearing it's ugly head. I haven't done anything major to my body and don't know what to do or try.

Help anyone??????
