Hi All
I am just wondering if anyone knows what happens to stomach acid when using breadsoda for gout.
If you eat and then take breadsoda, are you not "killing" the acid in your stomach that is there to digest your food?
I take the breadsoda usually before food for this reason. Maybe it dosen't matter.
I take my anti-inflam. after the BS and find that it does work better than throwing it into an acid stomach.
Any thoughts?
