I know somebody who has being eating a lot of bread lately,as a result, they are extremely worried that they may have Yeast infection.
They are worried because they were taught that Yeast infection comes from bread.
Should i put their mind to rest? Confused

Yeast infections are not caused by bread, so she can set her mind at ease on that. Bread can feed a yeast infection if you ALREADY have one before.....because of it's yeast, sugar, and gluten ingredients. So, not eating bread while having a yeast infection is a good idea.

There are breads out there that are not made with yeast if she wants to go with something like that.

Oh, and just so that you don't have to take my word for it, I just thought that maybe I should provide a reliable doctor's link Smile It also will answer any other questions about yeast infections.
