I have had some sharp pains on the right side of my head. My head also feels tense. On the right side of my head it feels like there is somthing in there. The back of my head towards my neck feels stiff. My neck has also been sore on the right side. I am scared it could be a tumor.

More likely tension headaches. However, a CT or MRI of the brain should be performed to rule-out any significant brain pathology, including tumors.
