Q: Brain therapy

I'm a TBI patient sense 2006, and I've heard about the brain therapy. How does it work and what kind of music I'll use(listen to)?

& give me any other important iformation

Yes, I have used this therapy successfully, but is required to be conducted under the direct supervision of your doctor or therapist

Hi some simple therapy that I use is playing simple computer games to help me order numbers and colors. Bejeweled is good for eye training to colors and sets, rummy 500 and solitaire, the same as well as number order. Music that is calming such as classical music or instrumental is helpful to soothe your mind. I would not suggest harsh music or loud music. Try different music to see which makes you feel the most relaxed.
