hello friends, I'm a TBI patient and I've been doing physical therapy & reflexolgy(reflex message)it's a message based on neurons studies.

does the brain therapy helps to make the neurons work?

does it help to regenrate brain cells?

what do you suggest for further improvement?

Hi, how long have you had your tbi? My neuropsych had me start with computer games like jewel to match colors/shapes, and work on my hand/eye coordination. I also play computer card games that help me match colors, and numbers. At first it was really hard, but almost 4 years later it is enjoyable and I do it to soothe myself after a brain overload...lol. Anything that makes you process is going to help make new pathways where old ones are damaged. You may find that what you cannot do now, your brain will find a different way to do eventually. I don't know much about the reflexology, but physical therapy is great if your muscles or joints are affected by damage to the brain.
