There are times I feel like my brain squezzes, this only happens at night when I am lying down (sometimes there is a buzzing noise along with hit).

You are showing classic early signs of a TMJ disorder. Brain pressure and tinnitus (ear noise) result from facial muscle, esp. the temporal muscles,
contractions due to clenching, grinding and jaw positioning.
AT NIGHT IS THE MOST TIME THIS HAPPENS>
See your dentist/TMJ specialist for an examination and advice.
