Feeling dizziness or vertigo, lightheadedness, imbalance, and nausea when getting out of bed or rolling over in bed is suggestive for condition affecting the inner ear, known as Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo.
It can result from head injury, ear infection, and is strongly associated with migraine.
Tends to be present for a few weeks, then stop, then come back again.
BPPV is a bothersome, but, rarely a serious problem.
Best wishes!
