Hi my brother got bacterial meningitis when he was very young and it left him with severe brain damage .he is 39 years old but is now exhibiting aggressive and volant tantrums.He goes into sudden rages and can be harmful to himself and others.We have to be very careful with him always \\\"always walking on eggshells\\\" as to prevent any rages.Pls help.
It can be very difficult to deal with these patients..You can give him psychotropic drugs from psychiatrists but usually donot help..The other thing is sedatives which may be given at the time he goes out of control...
