hey my name is daniel and i am extreemly dizzy, constant loud rining in both ears. tingling and numbness on the back of my head. blurred vision and 140 over 90 blood pressure. i am havin troulbe doing every day things and the ringing gets louder when i lay my head down. also my right eye sometimes winces shut involentaraly. and once i become active, just walking across the room, my heart pounds very hard and i get this horrible pain in my chest. and sometimes i will wake from my sleep, and everything i look at seems like it is shaking.

i just want a normal life plz help me ='[
