Q: Braces after contouring ?

I had my tooth contoured this week and a tiny gap between my front two teeth was filled. It hasn't made any difference to the appearance other than the fact that the front two teeth look slightly emphasised. So I was wondering if braces is a good idea after all this? I could confirm it with my dentist but I just would like to be mentally prepared. Smile

Hi and welcome to ehealth: I would do this only if you feel self conscious about this...Many people's two front teeth are larger...Just look at some of the stars...I've gone through braces with two of my children and I still would go back to my initial statement, only if it bothers you....
