I was recently diagnosed with BPH (enlarged prostate). I have been on flowmax about a week. The Dr. at first thought it might be an infection and gave me a round of antibiotics (doxycycline). My wife and I did not ahve sex for @two weeks. Last night I ejaculated for the first time since the meds and diagnosis. It seemed like after that I had the feeling I had to urinate constantly and that the inside of my penis was irritated. I guess the uretha? Is this something that sounds normal for someone with BPH? It si a little better this morning, but I still feel like I need to urinate. The symptoms were better prior to ejaculation.
