My Bp reading vary form 150/95 to 150/110 and very rarely it drops to 148/95. I am taking 20mg Zanidip and 10mg Coversyl. I am 37yrs of age exercise, and don't smoke. I lead a very healthy lifestlye. Recently my urine test showed a high reading of red blood cells. I have also been having some slight pain in my right kidney and also have been suffering migraines and fainting. My doctor says that we will just monitor the progress of the pills over a course of 3 mths....should I be concerned?

You may have some internal inflamation going on. Basically most problems in the body stem from that. Increasing intake of inflamation fighters such as resveratrol.
