Just be careful with anal sex. Use A LOT of lubricant and don't push things. You can tear the anus and cause bleeding. You can get all the STDs from anal sex that you get from regular sex, plus if you get a tear in your anus, it can get infected more easily.

I have also heard that you can get what is called anal prolapse from anal sex, which means that the elastic type bands that hold the anus in place can come loose and the anus can fall out a bit. Not pleasant.

Just be careful and very very gentle if you want to do this. Also, only do it if you want. Don't do it just because your boyfriend wants you to.
