I am a tad worried. Fairly often, as waste moves along in my colon, I end up writhing in agony as it feels like something is about to break out of my belly. It will happen several times in a row, with short to significant breaks in between, until I eventually need to move my bowels.
Sometimes when these "attacks" hit me, it's hard not to scream in pain.
Why does this happen?
