hello. i posted about this b4. in the past in the year 2007 i was straining on a incline bench press while lifting some fairly heavy weights, my question is this a few days after that, i noticed i was having a difficult time with bowel movements such as straining to pass soft stool, narrow stools, trapped flatuence that is difficult to pass and extreme constipation where i would frequent the restroom and still nothing would come out. it eventually calm down, but my bowels never returned back to normal, as of now my symptoms are acting up again, from wormy narrow stools, constipation where there always seem to feel like there is stool in my colon even after i get up from the toilet and i cant pass gas, it seems trapped. my fiber intake is great as well, it does not make sense to me. im a 28year old male and i am currently on flomax 0.4mg and protonix 40mg daily and pyridium when needed. the only thing i can relate it to was that i started to exercise with some weights last week and think this could be the cause.
