Hello,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out. Your concern is regarding the intra abdominal adhesions formed as a result of hysterectomy for endometriosis. These adhesions have to treated by means of laser therapy or lapratomy but these are also difficult procedures and not without side effects. I suggest you to discuss these options in detail with your operating surgeon.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
