Q: Botox injections & pain

Has anyone tryed botox injections for pain?

a friend of mine told me a friend of her's, said she gets botox injections for bad pain she has?

I have bad hip bursitis, ect ect.

right now I am using some plaster stickers that I stick on me to help with the bone pain, the ones I found to help the best so far are( Vorwerk- "chilli brand" )

botox works by paralysing muscles its commonly used for children with cerebral palsy to relax muscles that are contracted in a shortened position its helps to restore normal gait so i don't think it would be useful for hip bursitis
