Q: both tubes are blocked

what do i do? i have been wanting to get pregnant for so long. but i just found out my tubes r blocked. i am 28 now and i have no kids. i have wanted a child for so long. how do i unblock my tubes??? Sad

I'm not sure if they will be able to open your tubes, but I know that in situations like this IVF is a great option.
