Q: Boston Neuromuscular Dentist

Hello all.

Can anyone recommend a neuromuscular dentist in the Boston area? I have rather severe muscle-related TMJ pain (no joint damage), and I thought seeing a neuromuscular dentist who uses TENS might help. I'm not sure how to even go about looking for one.
