Q: Bone growth in neck

I have a bone growth in my neck & spine but the doctor has ruled out spondylisi. also i had a fall some 18 years ago on head no bleeding occured but swellinh was there for 1 month.
I have tremendous pain on back of my head and terrible pain in back cant sleep or turn

Can it be tumor in spine or brain

It is difficult for me to say, as I do not know what sort of work-up (to include radiographic imaging) you have had thus far. A tumor of the brain or spine could be fairly quickly ruled-out by having a CT scan or MRI of the brain and spine. If you have not had at least one of these tests performed yet, then I would suggest that you ask your physician to order them.

I hope that the cause of your pain is discovered, and that it can be relieved.
