Three and a half months ago I fell on my right hand. I had an xray done which said there was no fracture. I am still having pain and tenderness in my hand and my little finger has since grown crooket. I recently had a bone scan done and my injured hand showed two large bright spots on it. I am still waiting to hear from my doctor but I am wondering what these bright spots may mean? Do they indicate a fracture or maybe infection or inflammation?

Thank You
