Q: Boil on buttocks

Hello,

I have a boil on my butt for like 2 weeks now and I started putting that black cream that is called icthammol on it but it is not working at all my boil is not forming into head at all and one night I also put a heating pad on it and nothing is working I am trying to keep from going to the doctor I had 3 boils on my butt back in highschool and ended up having to go to the ER so the Doc could drain it...any suggestions
