I was getting ready for bed. I had eaten an ice cream cone and some doriotos. I then layed down to go to sleep. Once I turned over to my side, my body began shaking uncontrollably. I sat up and that was no help. I started walking around debating on waking someone up and going to the ER. I had gotten a headache and then sick to my stomach. The shaking went on for a good 30-35 minutes. It finally calmed down. I then layed down but couldnt fall asleep for a good hour n a half. It left me very weak and very tired.

I had gone to the doctor that day and had gotten blood drawen to run some tests. I have been a shaky person for the last three weeks. I have been getting headaches that make me sick to my stomach. I have a hunch in my back, but have had back pain for the last few days also. When I woke up this morning, Im still a little shaky, with a major upset stomach and slight headache.

I do have anxiety and am on meds for it. Iv been under a good amount of stress lately.
Can this be the cause of it??

yes
I am not doctor but I am sure this is your anxiety, sometimes I wake up shaking and I feel like my entire body is shaking....It is my anxiety. Dont worry, you are okay, if something is wrong then it will show in your blood work and everything. Anxiety can be a scary thing and cause some odd side effects, dont let them scare you...I know its easier said than done, but you will make it, I promise!

Body Shaking Uncontrollably
I have had 4 such episodes. They always last about 40 min. They seem to come about every 2 weeks. I have had blood work, urine, blood sugar and MRI done, and all came back negative
Three were at night and one in the afternoon.
I am on NO medication. I am under stress right now. I usually have a headache and nausea afterwards. I hope anxiety and stress
are the only diagnosis for these alarming episodes.

anxiety
I had gone to the ER on Monday because my entire body was tingling. Including my face. My blood pressure was fine. They did an EKG and Chest X-ray. The doctor said they were normal. I still have my doubts tho. They said it was a reaction to stress. I made an appt for this monday for the neurologist. I do hope everything is from stress. I hate feeling awkward. I could be having a good day and then out of nowhere a chest pain, clammy hands, a headache, or just like something is going to happen and I need to get to the nearest hospital.
