i have trigeminal neuralgia but suffer many other symtoms which could be side affects of tegretol.i was on 1200 but recently came of it to see how i felt. i have suffered with vertigo,dizziness,chest pain ,nausea, concentration an poor memory at times. since coming of tegretol i have experienced pain all over restless legs pain inbetween shoulder blades numb tingling feet and sometimes hands difficulty moving out of bed in morning feels like i'm tied to bed and once out of bed stiff legs it improves during day but come early evening pain increases. went to drs again today mentioned fibromyalgia and ms but all i ever get told is to take another medicaton today told to take tegretol again as my symptoms seemed less severe whilst on it. i want to be diagnosed with something so i know what i'm fighting against any ideas i feel really down
