Q: body numbness during sex

Hi, i don't know if this happens to anyone else but i am 18 and i recently lost my v card. I've only had sex once but the weird thing is that when i had sex my arms and my legs went numb and it was kind of difficult to move them. Plus i had that "antsy" feeling too. That happened before i had sex too, when we were just "fooling around." Is there something wrong? Should i get this checked?
Please help! scared

This sounds like it is caused by improper breathing! If you're breathing too fast or too shallowly it can cause your limbs to tingle and/or become numb. Take deeper, slower breaths.

wow this happened to me my first time! so strange. i didn't go tingly or numb as such, but both my arms went paralysed. i literally couldnt move them, my fingers and hands were conpletely locked, i couldn't move them. i wasn't in pain, i wasn't even particularly nervous or anything. it just happened. it's never happened since.

hey well the same thing has happened to me too..
my whole body became numb and then my face also did.. i was
scared so i stopped i didnt know what was happening but i guess
this helps a little =]

Same thing happened to me a few times, anytime the sex (whether it be oral or regular) became extremely pleasurable by entire body and face became numb. I even got carpal tunnel once or twice. Breathing normally/deep breathing is supposed to help? I'm definitely gonna try it because it is a very uncomfortable feeling... not to mention it keep me from having the "O".
