Q: Body jumps during sleep

Hi ok i am 18 years old and have had panic attacks sense I was in third grade. Well Can any one tell me what this might be it is very new to me. I will be sleeping and than my body just jumps its like i freak out but I m still asleep I can feel it and it is weird. Please help

hey there is nothing to worry about it is very common am not to sure what they call it exactly but i know a lot of ppl do it like me and my bf does to just like a dream and your not quite asleep but your getting there Jenny

I've noticed that when it happens to me it's in that stage between awake and asleep, not quite there yet.
