i am a 26 years old female. i have thick coarse hair on my hind legs which don't grow normally. hair grows but does not come out of the skin and curls up inside the skin giving an appearence of goosebump. skin doesnot feel smooth. even on waxing the underneath grown hair doesnot get removed. this condition is only on legs and not on other parts of the body. hair on hands grow normally. is it an infection or any kind of deficiency disease.
