Body changes-red dots on the sides of my tongue?

i have been tested for hiv and it came back negative however now im having red dots on the sides of my tongue and bigger red dots on the back of my tongue and a sore throat and cold to add on. Moreover when i scratch my skin it becomes red very easily, but i dont have any rashes.PLS do reply me soon...very much appreciated in advance thanks!
