Another blood test wouldn't hurt anything, especially if it would confirm things for you. Kidney infections can be treated, so if that is what is going on, it would be best to find out. Have you been to a urologist? Or are you just seeing your primary care doctor?

Has your doctor mentioned Kegel exercises? You flex the muscle down there that you would use to stop your urine. If you do them regularly, you may be able to stop some of the leakage. If this is a real problem, there are even physical therapists that can work with you with biofeedback. I know this sounds strange, but it may help a lot. Maybe ask your doctor about it.

Did they give you any medication for over-active bladder? There are some out there that reduce bladder contractions. They don't reduce the amount of urine, they just reduce the urge to go when your bladder isn't very full.

In addition to stopping caffeine, you may want to cut alcohol out, too. Both are diuretics. Are you on any other medications? Some medications can cause frequent urination. Have you been tested for things like diabetes?

I would do some research into the topic online. There are some great medical websites with a lot of information. From your research, make a list of questions for your doctor and test you want to ask about.

(Also, please turn your caps-lock key off. A lot of people on here won't respond to people who are yelling.)
