Bo as a girls name???

I think its different. but i think that she might get made fun of alot growing up and people might call her Boo instead or Bo Bo the clown. Just a thought

It should be a nickname if it has to be a name at all. I haven't got any preference as to whether it should be a male of female nickname.

Bo could be short for Bonita or Bonnie.

It's very masculine. Bo in male names is derived from the southern term for suiters, Beau. I agree if you like the idea of colling your daughter Bo give her a name with "bo" in the pronunciation and let it be a nickname for her. Otherwise she's going to be called Bo-peep or something through most of her early schooling.

i like boys names for girls my favorites are james and joey not bo so much but bobby would be nice.

I have to imagine that a girl named James would lead an very interresting life all around.
