I'm a 5'10" male with a medium frame. What is considerd a normal weight for my height? What is a healthy blood pressure?

The recommended BMI (body mass index) is 20-25. When calculated, your body weight should be between 63 to 78 kg (132 to 156lb).


Normal blood pressure depends on the age. In a healthy person about 25 years old, the normal blood pressure is generally 120/80 mm Hg. In an older person, normal blood pressure might reach up to 140/90 mm Hg. Any value over 140mm systolic blood pressure or over 90mm Hg diastolic blood pressure is considered hypertension.
