Hi, for about a week now I have been suffering with dull headaches, not really strong enough to warrant taking ibuprofen but still uncomfortable. I find that when I am reading, watching tv or on the computer my eyes find it hard to concentrate, the vision blurs and the words end up swimming on the page. It then really feels like its straining my eyes to focus properly, which hurts.
I am 20 years old and have suffered with migraines on and off since a child. I was having severe migraines about a year and a half ago which cause nausea aswell but i believed it was due to the contraceptive pill so came off it, at which point the migraines stopped.
I do wear glasses and contacts but I do not believe that has anything to do with it.
Im just slightly worried as it has persisted for a week now.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks
