Blur Vision After Cataract And Glaucoma Surgery

My father had an eye surgery for Cataract and Glaucoma in which an eye lens was fitted for the right eye. However, even though the problem of eye pressure has eased up(Glaucoma), the vision has got blur. In fact he was able to see more clearly before the eye surgery. He had undergone this surgery 10 days ago. Some eye drops have been suggested by the doctor. My question is :
1. Does it take this long for the vision to become clear?
2. Will the blur vision improve on using the eye drops?
3. What other options do you suggest now?
