Ive Noticed that when I masterbate and climax I have blue spots appear underneath the skin of my penis glans. I dont know what this is but its starting to concern me. It doesnt hurt or anything Just wondering if anyone else knows what this is or experienced anything like this?

Blood is usually blue like the colour of your veins.
