let me start off by saying i am a 19 year old girl, 5'7 about 135-140 pounds (it varies).

sometimes i get very VERY painful cramps in my lower abdomen area.. it gets so bad that i cant stand, sit, lay or anything.. it makes me pretty much freeze, bent over because its so painful to move.. this has been happening for years.. at random times.

i have no idea if this will relate but a few weeks ago, maybe a month and a half ago, i started getting blood in my stools.. a few times when i wipe there is bright red blood. Also, there is some blood on my stools in the toilet.. keep in mind that i dont ALWAYS have blood in my stools.. but most of the time.

Today, i went to the bathroom and i wiped and there wasnt any blood but there was like a white substance.. fluffy kind of white substance.. about penny-sized.. and i looked and there was some on the stool as well.

I dont have to go "#2" alot.. ever.. i maybe do it twice a week. And i also find that i am VERY bloated all the time.. most of the time i look pregnant Shocked .. i cant help it, but my belly pushes itself out all the time and its especially worse right after i eat.

also, no idea if this has anything to do with it, but i have had swollen lymph nodes in my neck for about a year and a half.. the doctors wont do anything about that. and for a couple months i've had lower back pain (i sit alot?).. and the doctor just told me to do these stretches..

what could be wrong with me?!

This could be IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) Bright red blood in stools, coating them is not normally a serious sign. It is black blood and clots that is normally serious. I suffered with exactly what I had when I was your age, blood (bright red) mucus, bloating, Lower tummy pains and upper.

Where is your tummy pains exactly and with regard to the lower back pain does that connect to the tummy pains?

Irritable Bowel Syndrome can be bought on by Stress. I would think that is your problem also. Go and have a word with your doctor Smile
