Q: Bloody snot

i get sick pretty easily, im 17 5'8 and about 140.
i have blood in my stool every once in a while, on the toilet paper and such.
i have a clogged nose but everytime i blow it, the left nostril is full of bloody snot , and i get bloody noses in the left nostril only. i really am experiencing a lost in apitite and in the past week i threw up twice, and i dont know why.
im pretty sure im just paranoid but i actually am concerend, any suggestions?
