hello my advise is get it checked out. Any rectal bleeding especially in diahorrea needs to be investigated. It could be irritable bowel but im a supporter and not medical. hope this helps you and let us know how you get on. your symptoms describe it exessive wind and cramping and certain foods can irritate it. I was treated with colifac and sorted me out.
