Blood comes from WHICH hole? The hole you pee from? Does it burn when you pee? Does your back hurt? Can you not get all the pee out? If so, you may have a bladder infection or kidney infection. You need to go to your doctor to get antibiotics for it.
If it is coming from your vaginal hole, then it most likely is your menstrual cycle (period). If it is your first time menstruating, talk to a trusted adult about it.
If it is coming from your anus, then you need to see a doctor. It could signify hemohorroids or even something more serious.
Best of luck.

You have a urinary tract infection and need to see your doctor to get medication.
