I have been using Microgynon birth control pills and I am worried about my parent finding out through the bloodtest before my surgery; or if it will effect the process of my surgery if i don't mention it to the doctor. please advice as soon as possible. thanks.

Hormonal contraception do not have any impact on the plastic surgery.

The hormones will not show up in your blood test, either. They are not searching for drugs or anything of that sort when they are doing the blood work. They are only checking to make sure you are in good health, so the BC will not show up on the results.
