Diagnosed type 2 for 1 year. Took 8u Novolog today for a blood sugar that was 469 and it did not come down but went up to 487 in 90 minutes. No food or drink. Please help!

I think you need to talk to your doctor ASAP about what to do in this situation. If there is an after-hours number you can call to reach the on-call doctor at their office, that might be what they want you to use or your doctor might want you to go to the ER.
