There is some type chemical or drug placed on my desk at work. This substance caused my blood pressure to go up. I take blood pressure medicine: clonodine 2 mg 2 times a day. However, my pressure would continue to rise until I go to the ER (210/112) and then it is goes back down. When I am at my desk, I feel a tinkering sensation in my finger tips. It is like being frost bite. Is there some type of chemical that causes this sensation and also causes the blood pressure to go. On the weekend my blood pressure maintains back at 128/77 - 138/89. I have complained to many different law enforcement. However, no one has tested the substance on my desk. Because no other person has complained, I suppose they figure that there is no problem. But they know that it causes me problem. I suppose that I am low on the totem pole.

These weird sensations felt in the fingertips can be due to having a high blood pressure (impaired blood circulation).
Also, having tingling sensations along with raising blood pressure, is very suggestive for panic attack.
Acctually, hypertensive people are more prone to develop panic attacks, when 'Fight or flight' response raises blood pressure.
The fact that you are experiencing this only at your work, raises the suspicion for panic attack even more (panic attack triggered by certain situations).
Think about your stress level on work.

Best wishes!
