Blood pressure and intra occular pressure ?

i am 49 years old.ihave blood pressure max 14 on 10.now is control.igot amiopress

andhydrochlorothiazid.6 month ago igot headache .dr said to me isnot related to

blood pressure .it is relate to your intra occular pressure.i got timolol drop for

7 month .now i have skin itch.

1-does any relation between blood pressure and intra occular pressure?

2-what can i do except antihistamin or change the drug?
