Blood pressure and Blood Sugars having drastic changes.

I am a Lupus patient for about 1-1/2 years now on Plaque 200mg 1day and Etodolac 400mg 2 times a day. I also have Hypoglycemia. However night before last I got up to take a Tylenol Pm and passed out 3 times before I could make it back to bed. My blood sugar spiked to 145 the next morning about 10 am and blood pressure dropped to 90/52. The blood sugar dropped later to about 115 but the blood pressure stayed the same. Could this be related to the meds or Lupus?
