my son is 12, he has not trouble going to the bath room, but he has had blood on his underwear after a bowel movement and green/brown poop more than 2 x's. what could be the cause, should we go to his peds doctor. need help asap. thanks

To ease your mind, yes take him to his peditrician. Poop color could be from the type of foods he eats and the blood may be from hard stools / straining.
