Q: Blood in Vomit

I went out last night and had a couple of beers and about half of a pepperoni pizza. Around 2am my stomach was getting queasy and after a while I couldnt fall asleep so I decided to just make myself vomit. Well it came in three purges, on the second i felt a sharp pain in my chest and the third was just a little amount blood that was thrown up. I've experienced the pain in my chest from vomiting before, which I thought was just to being bent over weird, but never with any blood. I feel fine though but the internet with it wealth of resources turns anyone into a hypochondriac. I just want to be sure that its not anything serious cause I really do feel fine with no pain whatsoever. From reading on the internet I came across that it might be Mallory-Weiss syndrome. What do you guys think?
