My husband when he urines some blood comes out and his penis still hurts is that normal for guys?

No this is not normal. He should see a physican ASAP. He very well could have a kidney stone or urinary tract infection. Could be a number of things, but not treatable himself. Especially when pain is also involved......get him to a physican!
