im losing blood from somewhere in my urine but have no pain when i urinate i have low blood pressure and anemic i also have a bloated stomach which at times causes discomfort when the food feels like its not going down and can at those times feel a lump on right side of the higher abdomen i also suffer with constance pain in my lower back on the left side
