Blood in the stool must be taken very seriously because it could be a sign of a very serious digestive disorder (colon cancer, for example). I am not sure if there is any connection with the period and genital organs but in certain cases it is possible. In most cases, blood in the stool is due to hemorrhoids but colon cancer has to be excluded first.

You shouldn’t waste your time on home remedies. You should consult your doctor as soon as possible.
