Q: Blood in Stool

At first I noticed blood on toilet paper after defecation. Now 4 weeks later, blood is showing in stool. Is it a sign of ulcer, cancer, or what? Confused

it could be ulcers, or intestinal and/or anal fissures. Go see a doctor.
